As the younger sibling of Bold Street Coffee, Duke Street Espresso has followed in its big brother’s footsteps to become an artisan coffee haunt firmly on Liverpool's independent map.
An intimate space with a Scandinavian-inspired interior and featuring hundreds of paper espresso cups dangling from the ceiling, Duke Street Espresso is a hit with the city's creative crowd. Populated by both smartly dressed coffee aficionados and students, the baristas are professional, friendly and able to recommend guest or weekly blends.
This place takes its coffee seriously and offers single origin, hand ground coffee with the choice of either drip or aeropress brewing. The gleaming La Marzocco ensures quality in every cup and Duke Street Espresso boasts a loyal following of coffee lovers from across the city - each morning you can expect sleepy patrons queuing up outside.
