First opened on Klosterstræde in 2004, Naked has supplied Copenhagen's women with sneakers for over a decade and now boasts a second branch located on Pilestræde (pictured). Both stores offer street-fashion womenswear, sneaker accessories and an impressive collection of premium labels such as from Adidas Originals, Nike Sportswear, Vans, New Balance, Asics, Reebok, Puma and Onitsuka Tiger.

The minimalist and light-filled store on Pilestræde sits directly opposite the Norse Store and is easy to spot with leopard print signage pointing the way. The uncluttered retail space is perfectly complemented by floor-to-ceiling shelving units stacked with top-tier, exclusive trainers, alongside collaboration projects by Naked.

Expect to see a continual stream of women bearing an assortment of sneakers and sat on the bench in the centre of the store, where customers are able to try on the latest offerings in the newest colourways. The entire shop interior is clean and refreshing enhancing the shelves upon shelves of sneakers that grace the walls. A neon-lit ‘Copenhagen’ sign is proudly mounted on the wall behind the till area, which is decked with an array of Jason Markk shoe cleaning products, Aiaiai audio accessories and Models Own nail polish.

Not only does the shop supply Copenhagen’s female population with the most fashionable trainers, including a selection of limited editions, but Naked’s recent collaborations with Vans and Democratique Socks has firmly placed the brand as a leader in the Scandinavian sports shoe arena.
