Located in Liverpool’s bustling business district, PANNA is a modern kitchen and canteen housed in Silk Court House, a 14 storey prestigious office building. Founded by husband and wife team Peter and Ivana Baroriak, PANNA is a contemporary eatery with a home-grown ethos inspired by the fresh ingredients grown in their garden.
PANNA uses local suppliers wherever possible resulting in an organic menu of healthy artisan baguettes, soups and salads with authentic seasonal flavours. The attention to detail in preparation is admirable and each ingredient is carefully inspected before selection; the bread is locally sourced and made fresh everyday by a French baker using a traditional stone oven.
The dedication to quality doesn't end with food and PANNA uses a unique blend of coffee, custom made by Staffordshire based roaster Has Bean. The exclusive PANNA blend features the sweetness of chocolate alongside the juiciness of red apples with each cup offering a full body, silky smoothness and memorable flavour.
The below ground venue is set back from the noise of the city and the natural wood tables and chairs and handpicked flowers make PANNA a tranquil lunchtime spot. In the winter grab a crochet coffee cup warmer, hand knitted by Ivana herself and in sunnier seasons take advantage of PANNA's takeaway service.
